Our Philosophy

Oysters Award-Winning Fish & Chips has been established for over 20 years providing quality Fish & Chips to the local community. We are independently owned & run, still making fresh chips on site daily from British Potato’s. We only purchase premium fish from sustainable fishing grounds of Norway and the Faroe Islands.
Few can resist the mouth watering combination – moist white Fish in crisp golden batter served with a generous portion of hot fluffy chips.

To make the 50 Best, Oysters Fish & Chips had to impress a mystery diner who visited unannounced and marked the chippy on over 40 aspects of their business from the quality of the food and customer service to cleanliness and value for money. With the pass mark set high at 96%, Oysters Fish & Chips scored impressively with the mystery diner particularly praising the Quality of the Fish & Chips, 5 Star Hygiene Award with, modern looking shop and ample parking.

If you're from London and have given up on our dismal chip shops, this one's going to bring back some fond memories. There was fish ready in the heater as well as a selection of everything else, chips ready too and as a bonus, these guys even had steak and kidney pies!
